Sarah & Mike
I love what I do. I get to work in an amazing place and meet incredible people...And be part of a special moment in their lives. Sarah and Mike decided to say their wedding vows on the south shore, in Poipu. We did the ceremony at the Point but we also went to Ho'ai beach after for sunset pictures. The weather that day was perfect. Light winds and blue skies. A little voggy, which we can get when we have winds from the south, but the sunset was beautiful. Pat Powell preformed the ceremony. And Sarah's dress was perfect for the beach. She choose some green and ivory hydrangea for her bouquet and it was perfect. Mike looked pretty good too. :)
Kris & Brett
This couple traveled from Oklahoma to say their weddings vows. They chose the point at Poipu for the ceremony. The weather that day was a light rain that came and went but we had an awesome rainbow that just wouldn't go away. It was pretty amazing. Manulele preformed the ceremony with Pancho playing Hawaiian music and Kala blew the conch shell. Kris looked so beautiful and I loved the cowboy hat... After the couple took everyone to a luau at Smiths gardens in Kapa'a.

Michael & Lindsey
This couple traveled from Arizona to say their wedding vows at Anini beach,. High tide along with really big surf on the north shore that day, mother nature didn't leave to much room for a wedding party of 8 people. The water came up close a few times. But in spite of that the ceremony was beautiful. Lindsey looked awesome (Michael looked pretty good too.) I loved her color choices. Really vibrant pinks and purples. Really made everything pop. Manulele preformed the ceremony. I love the chat she preforms at the beginning. It's very special. But she is a special lady anyway...
After the ceremony the bride and groom treated everyone to a luau celebration out at the Hanalei Colony Resort. I was told they had a great time.

Shanda & Terrance
This couple and there group of 13 traveled from Idaho to be married on our beautiful island. They had the ceremony in Poipu, at the Point which is next to the Hyatt hotel. Pat Powell performed a Christian ceremony and the couple shared not only vows and rings but communion as well. The weather was a little iffy, but after a few sprinkles it decided to cooperate. We even had a rainbow. As they say, no rain, no rainbows. :)
